I'm looking for a good foundation to matte my oily skin around my t-zone and a concealer to hide my under-eye circles (they're not too dark) and also some small but very red acne marks. I haven't tried much yet, since I have to buy my make-up with my own money and I don't have tons of money to spare, but so far all the foundations/concealers I have tried look cakey on my skin and under my eyes, no matter how little I put on. Here's what I've tried so far;

Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation
Some foundation from Clinique
NYC Yellow Cover Stick
CoverGirl Invisible Concealer

I don't want to have to go out and buy just about everything to find the ones that work, so please give me your advice!!!
Oh by the way, I'm kinda looking for a foundation with a dewey and natural-looking finish if anyone knows a good one for oily skin. But I do realize that a matte finish may be the only way to go with my skin.
