I have a problem with under eye circles.There not just from lack of sleep they are hereditary.I got the Yves Saint Laurent highlighter for under my eyes and I love it but I think it looks better on top of a concealer.My problem is that my skin tone is fair.I always heard when trying to get rid of under eye circles to use a shade or 2 lighter.So I got my concelar in the lightest shade but I noticed when I look closley at myself there is a light ring around my eyes.I bled my concealer in good so I dont know what the problem is.Im afraid if I go to a darker color it wont help with the circles.Am I putting it on wrong?Please help!
