Default I have dark circles, do you think I should wear waterproof undereye...
...concealer when I go to the beach? If so, what do you recommend? If not, what do you recommend as an alternative?

No, I think you should take care of the problem! Eyederma is the # 1 seller for reducing dark circles so try it.

Also, try putting tea bags and cucumbers under your eyes (keep on for 20 minutes), and drink pleny of water every day.
