physicians formula concealer?

i need a concealer to cover up moles. i have flat ones. i really want physcians formula too. so what type should i get..and will it really work? theres a yellow one..green one..light one..and ones that come in tubes. or do you recommend any other concealers i could buy from walmart? thankyou!
