well im sure my red spots from popped zits will still look bad by the morning so should i cover them with concealer or put visine on them? does visine work if they are closed and dried up spots??

I think you should use concealer, or if you have the time use both. Visine will help with redness a little bit of your red spot but won't do anything that would make the spot less noticeable. Using concealer would make the spot a lot less noticeable and if you use both the spot will probably even more invisible. :-)
