One spritz on the wrist - rub your wrists together - rub the back of your hand on the first wrist then rub the back of the hand on your neck. That way, you'll spread it around without applying way too much! If somebody standing 2 feet away from you can smell your perfume, you're wearing too much. Remember too - you'll get used to the smell and may be tempted to apply more - DON'T.

You can't wash it off - believe me, I've tried when I've been "polluted" by in-store demonstrators.

I've never tried Celine Dion so I can't give you an answer on that.
