you can go with some green eyeliner in the inner bottom rims of your eyes to make them really pop and a light biege color looks great i have really green eyes too! also browns make them pop if you just apply a light beige color try teabiscet from estee lauder and a dark brown in the crease with a shimmy bronzeybrown color on the lid.This will look great with black or a brownish black eyeliner and mascara..hope i helped.
