Yes. First your eyes:
Start by applying a light brown eyeshadow with a little bit of shimmer. Then apply dark brown eyeliner to your top lid. Then smudge it into your lashes. Apply two coats of brown/black mascara and curl your lashes.

For blush since you have a fair complection with yellow undertones you should use a light pinky peach color. Don't appy too much blush. Just enough to give your cheeks some color.

For lips:
Try a pinkish red. Nothing too bold because your dress is already bold enough.
