i'm just a little concerned. reason being, the people who tan easily, have good amount of melanin and thus less chances of getting skin cancer.
the sun is the best way to tan oneself. but the harmful ultra violet rays will cause damage in a variety of ways.
the best thing to do is
1. wear a good quality sub-block - this will block the harmful UV rays.
2. expose your skin to the evening/morning sun - the proportion of UV rays are lesser.
3. you'll need a contact time of 2 hours per day for 4 days for tanning.
all the best.
