and you don't have to...just use Nizoral is 8.99 for the shampoo within two days my dandruff was gone...its the best stuff i ever tried..i did wash rinse and repeat..because the first time you wash your hair it lifts the sebum but the second time it actuallys rinses it away...you can follow with suave hot oil this is 2.99 or 3.99 thats a total of around 14 dollars..i guarantee this will work..try it and come back on here and let us know what happened...two rinses that help with dandruff are lemon juice and vinegar..also my last tip is **** brush hair very well prior to taking shower and washing hair...this will loosen dead skin and allow you to wash it away!
