I have CG perfect point plus eye liner but when i was liek twisting it to go down (i didn't know which way 0 it kept going up and i broke the tip TWICE ! which way is down is there a way to put the broken tips back in like mechanical pencils . Oh and how do u use the thing thats on other end of this ...(Wat is it) ? pLEZ AND THANK U !
