Default Do ionic ceramic flat irons instead of metal ones really not damage your hair...

...but instead add moisture? These ceramic ionic hair straighteners claim that by using negative ions and infered heat, it doesn't fry the hair but make it more healthier by locking in moisture and shine...

Now i have very course, curly thick dry hair, would it work for me?
