blow dry ur hair 1st. divide ur hair into thin sections and spray each section with curl activator ( try TREsemme) and roll it on the hot iron. repeat this with all the remaining sections. the curl activator controls the curls from having fly-aways and make the curls last long. then once ur done, spray ur hair with hair spray to hold the curls in place and to give them a shine.
