Wow, nice bonus!! Of course it's yours to keep..... your boss doesn't know that you got this extra (unless there is a BIG sticker on the perfume's box saying "make up bag & sample included!!!") and it's cool that you could get something for your purchase.... and as they said, you can also have it as an extra in case you need a last-minute, unplanned gift to give to someone else.
