I use TREsemme shampoo and conditioner, and then when im out of the shower i use the spray on conditioner so that it doesn't tangle....also, the best trick is when you get in the shower DO YOUR HAIR FIRST, and leave the conditioner in throughout your whole shower, so that it has time to sit, and makes your hair so much more manageable!
& make sure to get for damaged and color treated hair!
