Ok..so my hair stylist said that when you use pantene or anyone who makes pantene stuff shampoo's and conditioners..is bad. she said that if you're dying your hair it will mess it up or something. idk if shes right or wrong, and my friends say pantene is better than garnier..which is better?which should i use? i want shinier, healthier hair, not as frizzy too. =\

p.s. i straighten a lot so i have a little bit much of damaged hair..i want to use a rebuilding type shampoo.
