It would be illegal for Revlon to say that "they don't test on animals" on their products if they really do. If they did test on animals it would probably say in really small letters somewhere-this might bring more careless vegetarians and such to buying their products-that they DO test on animals. If it doesn't say anything and you're positive, it might be best to stay away from that type of mascara or whatever. Check out the website for more information.
