Okay I wax my legs and bikini area and pluck my brows. Really don't want to do either for my upper lip area...truely believe that would hurt. There are just a few very small hairs, so if I wax or pluck will it effect the hairs growth cycle. Basically don't want some freaken mustache to form! Also what makes it happen in women?
