Since lipstick is wax you could use the same method as for removing crayon. Get an iron and put a papertowel over the stain and place the iron on top, it will melt the wax onto the paper towel, move to a clean spot and continue till the wax part is gone. A small colored stain will probably remain and can most likely be removed with amonia and water mixed on the stain then do the same thing again with the iron and use a white washcloth this time, moving it to a clean spot till the stain is gone. If this doesnt work, I don't know what will.
