Usually hair extensions are only good for about 2 months before they start looking worn and need to be taken out. I am in a cosmetology school and there is a girl always taking her extensions out after 2 months because they will begin to look dirty. I know that she tries and not wash them with shampoo everyday she usually does conditioner to help with the tangles. Try and use a midl conditioner for the tangles. Other wise consult the place that put them in. I don't know what hair you used so and every hair is different. I will tell you becareful when taking them out because they tend to hurt your hair. Right after you get them out in a few months or so do a deep conditoner on your natural hair.
