Which type and brand of concealer is best to use with mineral foundation (like Physician's formula, or Bare Minerals)? Which one doesn't come off easily, cake, irritate skin, and is actually good for your skin?

I'm 21, have light skin and I need a concealer that covers light to medium acne and dark circles under eyes.
