Default Does tinted mouisterizer need to be removed like other make-up?
Say I just get up in the morning, wash my face and apply some tinted mouisterizer and chapstck, and just walk out the door. Would I need to remove that tinted mouisterizer like I would any other kind of make-up? or can I just wash my face like I would if I wasn't wearing any make-up?
