MAC eyeliners smudge ive used all of them the only one that i love and have been using for years now is the chanel eyeliner any of them are good ive used them all but my favorite one is the regular penceil one it is a little expensive for an eyeliner but if you want the best then you have to spend a little extra i always say lol its about 28 dollars i believe but you will be satisfied Oh and also my skin is dry to normal and when i use to use MAC eyeliner it use to smugde to the underneath of my eyes after a little bit but they are cheaper then chanel its about 15 dollars they are good but they smudge very quicly
