well step 1 is the face wash and you jus wash your face then dry it off. step 2 is the stuff in the bottle that sorta looks like nail polish remover, anyway you put some of that on a cotton ball and rub the cotton ball wit the stuff on it over your face and neck 2 times. then the last step, step 3 is the lotion stuff that you rub on ur face and neck. I own these products and i definitely think they r well worth their price. I LUV them!!!!!
