First things first, there is definately a HUGE difference between all 3!
Foundation: It's makeup that comes in different types like liquid, cream, mousse and powder. It evens out your skin tone, decrease shinyness and hides blemishes (sometimes)
Translucent Powder: It "sets" the makeup, so it makes the foundation last on longer. It also absorbs the oils on your face.
Pressed Powder: You can also set your foundation with this. It's mostly to control shine though.
**If you want to even out your skintone, maybe you should purchase an alcohol-free toner. It evens out your skin tone. If you have clear skin, i don't think you should use foundation or the powders. It's for people who want to hide imperfections. Just buy a toner to help you gradually even out your skin tone. If you want to hide it quickly, try purchasing a tinted moisturizer. It's like a foundation with moistuzer. It gives your skin some colour (evens out skin tone) while mosturizing your skin.
